De all\u00ed surge toda posibilidad de cambio y desarrollo futuro, el germen de todos los \u00e9xitos y fracasos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde un punto de vista antropol\u00f3gico, la cultura de cualquier grupo humano se puede definir a trav\u00e9s de sus rituales, sus mitos, su lenguaje, sus creencias, sus pr\u00e1cticas, etc. Las empresas, adem\u00e1s de producir productos y servicios, tambi\u00e9n pueden ser entendidas como una comunidad, una &#8220;tribu&#8221; que construye y afianza su identidad a trav\u00e9s de sus valores, sus intereses, sus procesos y su forma de comunicarse junto con el espacio f\u00edsico que la contiene y le da expresi\u00f3n y soporte material.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el experto en marketing Seth Godin, hoy, las grandes compa\u00f1\u00edas crean sus propias tribus. Porque lo cierto es que, salvo raras excepciones, la cultura empresarial no es monol\u00edtica sino que est\u00e1 compuesta por una serie de subgrupos que comparten ciertas afinidades  \u2013edad, estilos de vida, valores o simples gustos pasajeros\u2013, amparados bajo el gran paraguas de la cultura empresarial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aparici\u00f3n de estos grupos, que se ha acelerado gracias a la disrupci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica  \u2013la masificaci\u00f3n de Internet y la explosi\u00f3n de las redes sociales\u2013, est\u00e1 dando lugar a nuevas formas de intercambio y organizaci\u00f3n social cada vez m\u00e1s difusas y cambiantes. Las fronteras entre lo p\u00fablico y lo privado se diluyen, los mecanismos de informaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n se multiplican, las estructuras jer\u00e1rquicas se relajan y una cantidad de redes informales atraviesa horizontalmente toda la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Godin advierte que, en el futuro, la capacidad para liderar este fen\u00f3meno social emergente ser\u00e1 de vital importancia: entender el funcionamiento de los grupos naturales dentro de las compa\u00f1\u00edas ser\u00e1 la clave para orientar las nuevas din\u00e1micas organizativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El quid ser\u00e1 adaptar la organizaci\u00f3n a las personas y no a la inversa.
