Contract Index is the first indicator of office construction and equipment costs per square meter. It measures the evolution of costs of this activity in three categories: Basic Standard, Superior Standard and High-end. Each category is defined according to the type of finishes (furniture, carpet, lighting, ceilings, etc.) as well as its technical installations (voice and data cabling, air conditioning, access control, security, etc.)
